Never Get Stuck Again
How do you stop procrastinating? At its heart, procrastination is not a discipline problem – it's much more a permission problem.
Chapter 1
DREAM – What do I want (or need) to do?
This step is where most people tend to be weaker than they think. If you have vague goals, it's easy to lose motivation. If the goal is missing, then procrastination wins by default. Dreaming is good. It gives you direction, meaning, and a reason to start. Without dreams, there's nothing worth moving towards.
Chapter 2
PLAN – How will I do it?
This is where ideas become usable. You have to keep reminding yourself the aim at this stage is not to build a perfect or optimized system. You just need to identify how you will break your dream into manageable steps. Planning reduces friction and makes the first step forward obvious. A good plan reduces overwhelm, a big driver of delay.
Chapter 3
DO – Am I actually doing that?
Most people stall on this step. You probably don't need more motivation at this stage, but what does help is finding easier entry points. Get into imperfect action, even if you're just working in 10-minute bursts at first. Starting counts for a lot because momentum beats intensity every time. Stop planning and start doing.
Chapter 4
REVIEW – Did it work?
Very few people take the time to regularly review how things are progressing and make tweaks and adjustments. Without a review, you'll keep repeating mistakes and eventually lose motivation and direction. Quick progress reviews will build your confidence, keep you aligned with your goal, and add more momentum.

Putting an End To Putting It Off
Procrastination has been learned, and it can be unlearned. Every time you make a conscious decision not to procras-tinate, you make it easier to do the same in the future.
